Most orders are created just for you! Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. During holidays or major sales, production may take a little longer.

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

After production, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Because our products begin production quickly after an order is placed, changes or cancellations aren't always possible.

If you notice a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do everything we can to help.

Because each Fern & Flicker item is made especially for you once your order is placed, we generally can't accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you've received the wrong item, don't worry—we'll make it right. Just contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a few clear photos of the item (and packaging, if applicable), and we'll work quickly to find the best solution.

If you're ever unsure about sizing before placing your order, we encourage you to check the size guide on each product page or reach out to us. We're always happy to help you find the perfect fit before your order goes into production.

Because each item is made especially for you, different products in your order may be printed and shipped from different production partners. That means if you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and even on different days.

Don't worry—this is completely normal! You'll receive tracking information for each shipment as it's on its way, so you can keep an eye on every cozy package headed to your doorstep.

At this time, we aren't accepting custom design requests.

Our small team is focused on creating original collections inspired by cozy moments, family adventures, books, nature, and a little everyday magic. While we can't create one-off designs, we absolutely love hearing your ideas!

If there's a theme, hobby, or saying you'd love to see in a future collection, we'd be delighted if you shared it with us. Many of our best ideas begin with suggestions from our wonderful community.
