Shipping Policy
Made Just for You
Every Fern & Flicker order is created especially for you after your purchase is placed. Rather than pulling products from a warehouse shelf, each item is printed and carefully prepared just for your order. This made-to-order process helps reduce waste while allowing us to offer thoughtfully crafted products we hope you'll love.
Because every order is custom-made, please allow time for both production and shipping before your order arrives.
Production Time
Orders are submitted to production shortly after they are placed.
Production typically takes 2–7 business days, but may take longer during holidays, sales, product launches, or other periods of high demand.
Shipping Time
Once production is complete, your order is shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.
Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are estimates only. While we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, Fern & Flicker cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates and is not responsible for delays outside of our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to begin updating after your shipping confirmation has been sent.
Multiple Shipments
Some products are fulfilled by different production partners. If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. If this happens, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment.
Shipping Delays
Fern & Flicker is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to:

USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other shipping carriers

Weather or natural disasters

Customs inspections or processing

Holidays

High shipping volume

Carrier service interruptions

Supply chain disruptions

Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase.
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, Fern & Flicker cannot guarantee that changes can be made once production has begun.
Orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly by the customer are not eligible for a free replacement or refund. If a package is returned to us or our production partner because of an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping or replacement costs required to resend the order.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit (for example, tracking has stopped updating or the package never reaches its destination), please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll gladly work with our production partner and the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.
If your tracking information shows your package as Delivered but you cannot locate it, please first:

Ask household members or neighbors.

Contact your local shipping carrier or post office.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Fern & Flicker cannot guarantee a replacement or refund. However, we're always happy to help you investigate the situation whenever possible.
International Shipping
Fern & Flicker currently ships to select international destinations.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country. These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping costs.
International orders may also experience additional shipping delays due to customs processing.
