Every Order Is Made Just for You

At Fern & Flicker, every item is made to order specifically for you after your purchase is placed. Because each product is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We Cannot Offer Refunds or Exchanges For:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Ordering the wrong color or product variant

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse

  • Preference regarding fit, fabric, color, or material

  • Minor variations in print placement, color, or sizing that naturally occur during the printing process

  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

  • Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Failure to review product descriptions, sizing charts, or mockup images before placing an order

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as all sales are considered final except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product was received.

If There's a Problem With Your Order

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact Fern & Flicker within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and its packaging

After reviewing your claim, we'll work with our production partner to determine the appropriate resolution. Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement or refund.

Chargeback Policy

At Fern & Flicker, we're committed to making things right whenever possible. If there's an issue with your order, we ask that you contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider so we have the opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Chargebacks filed without first giving Fern & Flicker a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter may result in future orders being canceled or declined at our discretion. This policy helps protect our small business from fraudulent or unnecessary payment disputes while allowing us to continue serving our customers.

Nothing in this policy limits your legal right to dispute a charge with your payment provider when appropriate.
